Ordering
On Line ordering is very easy. Find the item you want, enter the quantity, color, size, etc., and click the "add to cart button", which will hold your purchases until you are ready to check out. Our shopping cart shows your items, any options and the quantities. These can be changed at any time. Be sure to update the cart if you make changes and you can see the adjustments. You may select "Back to Shopping", if you would like to continue to add to your order. To finish your order, click "to Check Out".

Returning customers may sign in to their account and see the shipping information displayed. You may edit the shipping information as needed. Having an account holds your information so you don’t have to enter the next time.

You will receive an order confirmation, via email, which you should print out or write down.

Pricing
We offer quality merchandise from reputable manufacturers at a competitive price. From time to time we will offer special promotions, clearance specials, one of a kind bargains or seasonal pricing that you can take advantage of. Check our "On Line" specials section. Also, we will be happy to quote pricing on larger volume orders.

Delivery charges will be added to your invoice.

Payment Options
McDonaldsdirect accepts checks, charge purchases with MasterCard, Visa and Discover Cards. We also eccept purchase orders from schools and government agencies with approved credit.

Shipping
We use UPS for shipping smaller and lighter packages. The driver will bring your packages to the first dry area of your building. Items that are large or heavy are shipped via freight delivery on a semi-truck. However, please note that freight deliveries are only brought to the back of the truck. The driver will not unload or bring your order inside. If you require this service, arrangement can be made for an additional fee. Other optional services by a trucking company are "Notify Before Delivery", "Lift Gate Delivery" and "Assisted Inside Delivery". Contact us if you would like additional information about these services.

Damage
Please be sure to inspect your order for damage and accuracy as soon as it arrives. If you discover a problem, refuse the delivery and call us at 1-800-835-0865. If the driver does not give you time to inspect the shipment, sign for it, noting "damage" on the bill of lading. You then have 10 days to inspect your order and if you find a problem, it must be reported to us during this period. All cartons and merchandise must be held for inspection. We are not responsible if we are not notified of the problem during the first 10 days. Carrier is not responsible for damage or shortage after the delivery receipt is signed without a damage or shortage notation.

Returns
If you have ordered something that has arrived correctly, but you want to return it, you are responsible for return shipping charges and the restocking charge. The manufacturer determines restocking charges. We must be contacted within two weeks to initiate a return. We have many items that are made to order and are not returnable. Please check your order for the accuracy of colors, sizes, etc.

Tax
Sales tax is not charged except in Michigan. A 6% sales tax will be added to merchandise being delivered to addresses in Michigan with the exception of entities that have tax exemption certificates, i.e. schools, churches, etc. Please note: Tax exempt entities must become members and submit their exemption certificates for approval, which we will note on the membership listing.

Warranty
All new items come with the manufacturers standard warranty.

Privacy/Security
We respect the privacy of our customers and web site visitors. When you visit or shop with us, we want you to know we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchange with our site. We do this because it is our goal to serve you efficiently without exposing you to risks concerning unauthorized access to order transaction information.

On-Line Policy
We collect information on-line when you request a catalog or place orders so that we can efficiently fill your catalog request, ship your orders and provide you with e-mail order confirmation pertaining to your orders. The information we collect may also be used by us to contact you for marketing purposes. We do not, however, share your on-line order information or telephone number with other organizations for commercial purposes. If you supply us with your telephone number on-line, you will only receive telephone contact from us regarding orders you have already placed with our company.
